The Macquarie Apartments comprise of different housing categories based on location (see table below with links for fees and more details).

Students may book accommodation for either 6 months or a full calendar year. Short stay accommodation is also offered subject to availability.

Students wishing to vacate earlier may do so, however, no refund will be extended after rental fees have been paid for the duration of their stay.

1Short Stay Rate For a minimum stay, you are required to pay a Bond (4 weeks rent.) If you wish to secure long term University Accommodation, you must advise the accommodation office within 48 hours of your arrival.
2Single Room refers to a single room, with shared bathroom, kitchen, living, dining and laundry room.
3Twin / Share Room refers to a room shared between two students, shared common areas including bathroom, kitchen, and dining, living and laundry room.
